Pick-up Location: We’ll reach out to confirm your preferred pick-up location before your scheduled beach day.

Weather Policy: We always hope for sunny skies, but Florida weather can change quickly. Light showers are common and we leave setups in place during brief rain. However, in the event of lightning, high winds, or severe storms, we may break down early for safety.

Once your beach setup is in place, no refunds or partial reschedules are available.

If we cancel your setup before arriving due to weather, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule (subject to availability). If you cancel your order, please note:

• 30% of the total is nonrefundable if canceled in advance
• 70% is nonrefundable if canceled within 24 hours of your scheduled time
